I was sexually harassed on my first day at work.

Hello again, something very offensive happened to me today and I felt this was the best way I could possibly express it.

Approximately one week ago I applied for a job as a secretary for a local construction company...now it's not everyday you see a good-looking Indian man like myself apply for such a position but I thought my very fast typing skills (27 words per minute) had to benefit society somehow and I felt this was the best way.

This morning I entered the office dressed in my jeans and buttoned-shirt outfit and a supervisor by the name of "Joseph" approached me. As he escorted me to my cubicle inside the building I complemented Joseph on his earing, I said "Quite an earing you have there, Joseph" to which he responded with "Thank you, doesn't it look greeeeeeeat!?"

As I said down looking at the arrangement of photo's around the room I was given the task of typing notes that several of the employee's had made. Approximately 2 hours later Joseph and three of his acquaintances walked into the room, he said to me in a resonant tone "you look exhausted, do you need anything" to which I responded with a "no, that is all-right Joseph, but thank you very much for the offering"

After slamming the door shut and locking it he then pulled his chair right next to mine, put his arm around me and said "Are you sure?" to which I said "quite sure Joseph, thank you". As I continued typing the notes I felt his hand come near my mustache, he then began to play with it (such as twisting it, etc) but nonetheless I did not want to disappoint my boss, I continued typing.

* Here is the point when I was suspicious *

In the corner of my eye, using my peripheral vision, I saw Joseph raise his other hand and call his acquaintances over, the next thing I knew all three of them were behind me. Joseph slowly brought his hand down towards my shirt and began unbuttoning it, he then said "oops" to which I said "It's ok Joseph, accidents happen". When I went to button my shirt my up he slapped my hand and said "don't be naughty" His associates attempted to take me to the ground but I warned them that if they hurt me I had taken a few Taekwondo classes back in India. Alas, I was subdued anyways and thrown onto the ground.

They began taking off my clothes and touching me in various places. As I was laying flat on my face I felt Joseph jump on my back and attempt to insert his finger in my lower back...as I asked him what was going on he told me that it was almost over.

As they finished and ran out of the room Joseph said to me "you tell anyone and you're dead, got it?". I finished typing up the notes and left the building.

I am quite distraught by the whole experience and wanted to let you nice forum members of General Mayhem know about the incident so you to could be prepared for such crimes.
