I'm so happy to have seen that.

The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter. But I should mean that every man should receive those papers and be capable of reading them. |

The Herman Cain train is making a stop in the great city of Talladega, Alabama tomorrow. He will be having a 'rally' next door to my building. I will be attending because I have shit else to do and it is 2 steps from my front door. I'm more interested in the media attention and security that will be taking place than what he has to say. I'm very surprised at the lack of security so far. I could easily cause a 'Major Disturbance' to the top republican candiate. And by major disturbance I mean bombs.. I'm working on crafting a brilliant Joe the Plumber type question so I can score a nice book deal and motivational speaking tour in the future.
Edit: maybe fixed link? |

A few of my favorites from the Cain 'Rally' I attended next door to my house--
"9-9-9 means jobs, jobs, jobs" "we need to repeal obamacare and replace it with somethin" -while I agree repealing he offered no explanation with what his plan was and after some research on his site I still have no clue what his plan is. "in the words of the great philosopher Emeril we need to kick it up a notch” “Stupid people are ruining America. They’re clueless to what’s happening to the nation. I've been asked before if 'Herman, shouldn't you not call people stupid?' My response, NO, They're stupid" "There are two plans in life: your plan and God’s plan. The journey that I am on is what the Lord wants me to do.” Keep in mind that he was speaking to a group of extremely white christian conservatives from Alabama. He was huge on God, Property Rights, Guns, and immigration To my surprise there were maybe 2 negroes out of about 200 people in a city that is 40+% negro. EDIT: After realizing that asking a 'joe the plumber' type question was not possible I focused on smoking a cigarette with Mark Block, the man seen in the smoking ad above. After hanging out behind the venue chain smoking I disappointedly returned to my house. |

It's a parody of the end of this video: Herman Cain Thank You For Smoking Campaign Ad. (Hilarious) - YouTube

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

Creepy smile from Mike Tyson = funny.
Is he the number one pick for "person you don't want to see standing over your bed when you wake up because you heard a sound in the middle of the night"? |
