Correct me if i'm wrong but i dont think the mere act of visiting a site with "illegal content" can get you into trouble, but you have to distribute or save it.

can anyone verify this?

No. As hilarious as I think child porn jokes and internet memes are, I wouldn't want to go near it with a fucking thirty mile pole. Not only would the jailtime suck, but the stigma of "having child porn" on your computer would pretty much be the worst thing ever. I'd obviously click out of it ASAP if it came up on my computer after clicking some of those links, but i'd still like ID's claim to be verified.

Depending on your browser settings you are "saving" some of it; I assume the DA would look at the whole of the situation to see if you were knowingly seeking it out.

viewing child porn is illegal, whether you save it or not.
saving it is probably worse though, if you get it from a torrent or something, then you're distributing as well.
I've seen another list which supposodly blocks /b/, i dunno.
they blocked redtube youporn and thehun, those sites are well regulated and i've never seen anything illegal on them.
FTR : The australian government say that thats not the real list, but if it is, and it gets leaked, isn't this promoting child porn? putting it all into one place?
