Someone puts a gun to your head says you have to declare what you think the best video game of all-time is. You can only name one. What is it? Anyone who names more than one is getting negrepped.
I'm not much of a gamer so there's a lot I've never played, but I would say Grand Theft Auto IV. |

I'm going to answer the question in a dumb fashion by saying Fifa 10. The reason I say this is because, if I could have only 1 game, it would be that one. The replay value is through the roof.
Of course it's not the "best" game, though. Not by most people's standards. I'd name some great games (like, games that would be awards), but that would be naming multiple games and that is against the rules of this thread. I'm not going to break the thread's rules. Fifa 10 is the best video game of all time. |

Multiplayer fanaticism aside, the Halo campaign storyline is one of the best science fiction stories ever told imo, and I dabble quite a bit in science fiction. Great game, that's my choice. I'd like to choose the whole series, but at the risk of breaking the rules, I'll just choose Halo: Combat Evolved.

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

When it comes to depth-of-gameplay, kick ass multiplayer, amazing graphics, and continuous replay value, there is only one game that reigns supreme, and it's not for any shitty console. You can fuck yourself if you believe otherwise.
The best game is World of Warcraft. Lick my nuts. |

This is impossible to judge since there are about 20 that changed gaming forever. Also, older games are at a major disadvantage of not having online playing capabilities. My vote due to it's never ending variety of play, yet being so simple to pick up, goes to...

Ultima Online is an amazing game, and I too was constantly erected while playing said game. Back in High School my parents
literally took the computer power cord and hid it from me so I couldn't play. I would slice mother fuckers with my Katana of Vanquishing and Flame Strike their ass.UO is the original, and I will always have a special boner in my pants for it, but wow is the future, and it is much better. |

I've never played WoW simply because I know how fun UO was and can only imagine it was better. While my time had 0 value in high school, I actually have a couple responsibilities now. Playing WoW would probably destroy the little self-worth that I maintain.

What was your name on UO? Mine was AcTiVe-MaTrIx. I started a guild called SKBK. Once I broke into the shard administrator's computer and gave all my guild huge skill points. I was almost arrested for this, but talked the Admin out of it.
I spent a lot of time in UO jail for swearing, trash talking, and bug exploitation. |

Jesus, that's such a difficult question. Mine's a toss up between Mega Man 2 or Final Fantasy 7, and those could mostly be chalked up to nastalgia. As far nextgen games go, Gears of War 2/Bad Company 2

I know a shitload about HL2 (because of the internet) and have never played it once. I bought the orange box on Steam a while ago, so I have it, maybe i'll dl it this week. I heard Team Fortress 2 is really fun too.
