After flipping back and forth between NBC, FoxNews, and CNN all night long during election night, I can say that CNN is doing a pretty terrible job of pretending to deliever non-partisan news coverage. It was very obvious they were pulling for Kerry.

CNN conceeded Ohio to Bush almost 3 hours after all the other networks, the whole time saying that "Kerry still has a chance, and until we are 110% sure that Bush won, we refuse to conceed Ohio to him", etc, etc, etc. It was sickening to watch. FoxNews is almost as bad towards the other end. NBC (Brokaw) I thought did a great job of reporting the election as unbaised as possible (even though that asshole Russert is a pretty obvious liberal).

They were basicaly playing the slim chance that the other networks made a mistake, so CNN could look more credible. They realized Bush had won, they were just taking the outside shot something weird happened.

If you want to call CNN liberal, then i call Fox the most conservative biased channel I've ever watched. Jesus Christ, after the 2nd Debate, Fox aired a conversation between the head of Kerry's Florida campaign and the head of Bush's Florida campaign. They asked Kerry's head stuff like, "Answer yes or no, did Kerry NOT do this?" and "Just a simple answer, did Kerry say this and then do this?" And they werent allowing him to explain or elaborate on his answers.

When it came to bush's head, she talked for like 10 min without anyone else saying anything or interrupting her.

I'm sick of American Media. Go BBC.

I don't understand what's so bad about either one of those. He won the fucking election so he flips off a camera before it was on the air...big deal. And the last one I really don't see a problem with either. He might of worded it better, but anyone with a brain can understand what he meant.

Its fucking obvious he had no idea what the hell "sovereignty" means. Shit, The President of the United States probably couldn't spell the word. The leader of the American People, my president, doesn't know the meaning of a word that is principle in any diplomatic equation. I would bet my left nut that he probably couldn't even spell it. That's more ridiculous than a blind semi driver, or a lawyer who can't argue. Without certain abilities people can't properly do their jobs. If I have a president that doesn't know diplomacy, I'm fucking worried....have you ever read the book 1984?

oh, and that was him on camera before he won. He looks a lot younger in that video which makes me think it was at least 4 years old.

Seriously, Anky, what do you want? A president who is omniscient, or wins Nobel prizes in his spare time? I thinks it's nice to have a President who doesn't know everything. That's a lot closer to human nature. He's not a robot like most candidates. He makes mistakes, he's not always so nimble with his words, and he doesn't always say the right thing... and it's great because people can relate to that. People like having a President they can relate to.
