A long time ago here on nubblies we kicked around the idea and strategies people used to recruit new members. Today we sit around 630 members and I just want to know, has anyone else tried to recruit others to join nubblies.net? I'm always telling people and pulling little stunts to get the word out, so what has everyone been doing, if anything?

i just usually end up talking to people about it..... like "hey you ever been on nubblies? i got really pissed about this one thread the other day.. it was intense.."

or... "yeah, so on nubblies the other day i found a link to this hilarious site.. you should check that out.. and then get on nubblies."

or... "hey, you know nubblies? yeah i'm a prisoner now. isn't that cool? yeah, i think it's fucking hilarious too."

He has a good point, I was not here when you guys had the promotional contest, and it seemed like it was pretty cool, we should do something like that again.

I actually heard of this site through VOL. Perhaps it was from flyers, I remember seeing flyers on the wall in the Science Building.

But nonetheless I am here now and I'm happy for that

I think we should make Kick-Ass Videos. The kind of videos that get leaked out on the net, and everyone's like "Holy fuck that's awesome...let's post it on every message board that I've ever been on". And at the bottom of the videos in small font, we have nubblies.net printed there.

I think UB has a good idea, but how about doing a scripted movie featuring UB and Malibu? We could put nubblies.net at the bottom like UB said and we could dress UB as a clown and call it Snatch Adams.
