Team Building: Watering Flowers - Nubblies.net Forums

The jist of this game is that we each take turns saying what they think are some good qualities nice things about each other. The things said must be honest and straightforward. The game allows a small amount of constructive criticism to be used as an opening for a comment, but your entries must have the intent of describing a good quality about that person, no matter how small.

Each round two flowers will be paired to one another, and they will take turns, saying nice (TRUE) things about the other person via pm.

The partners will start their own thread via PM and post it into the thread when they get to ten entries.

This is due by Wednesday Night. Special circumstances will be judged on a case by case basis.

After all entries are in the thread we will vote which person in each team will move on to the next round, where they will be paired with another winner, or bye, didn't think that far ahead.

When the last man is standing we will know who has the most desirable qualities and they will be showered with internets.

As for voting, you can base you decision on whatever you like. Such as this person seems to have had received the most good quality's, or this person gives out shitty qualities, or I disagree with that person they have no insight on people's qualities, give him the axe, etc.

I've rigged the game to make it an easy first round. Hopefully, by the time it is over all hell will break loose.

I made this game up after taking 6 ambien last night. I think this game still has some potential, but it needs someone to make it make sense.

It would make everyone feel good to receive compliments.

Its not really that great. If I don't fall asleep after using it, it makes me feel a little nauseous. If you watch TV or something and end up thinking about what you were watching you will barely be able to recall, if at all. There is no euphoria or anything, pretty lame.
