I can't imagine breaking the sound barrier while not in a cockpit is that comfortable pf an experience. The free fall winds from 13,000 ft were pretty intense, and that was only for a short period of time. He's apparently going to have a 5 and a half minute free fall, while traveling much, much faster. Fuck that.

I imagine there's an oxygen issue... I should probably read the whole article, but it got boring after a while. Did they mention oxygen? Or the fact that G forces have a good chance of KO'ing him? The more I think about this, the more crazy it sounds.

That same dude had a BASE jump a few years back where he deployed off center and went into a waterfall which collapsed his canopy and dropped him ~100 feet down onto the rocks. It's astounding that he's still alive.
