yep. we did the fha thing and planned to get out of it within the first year, but we got such and amazing interest rate (5% fixed) that we decided it wasn't worth it to switch to a "regular" mortgage.

I can't fucking stand it when people can't get things fucking right. Simple fucking things. i was looking forward to eating since 3:00 pm, my sister said she would get me food, so I told her what to get on the phone. An hour and a half later she comes back with nothing I ordered. She said she forgot, and that she did order a burrito, but didn't check the bag. Yes, it was Taco Bell food, it was easy to remember. Cheesy gordita Crunch, the only thing they fuckin' advertise on TV and a Beef and Potato Burrito. It is easy, but not for my sister, she comes home with two Nacho Cheese Gorditas. I hate people and their disappointing ways. Now I am just bummed and pissed. I didn't even want to eat the shit she got, it just make me sick. Fucking sick!

You know what I hate? how fucking fast food is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the spics at Taco bell will hook you up with a ton of meat and other superb ingredients. Othertimes they'll fucking jew you over completely. I've had some chalupas that were damn near 2.5" thick, and others that were 1.5", with all the ingredients falling out into the wrapper. Fuck you taco bell. And Arbys does the exact same thing. Sometimes their sandwiches are spot on, other times they totally skimp you on the meat. I'd like to punch Arby's right in its ugly face.

I've been buying the same $5 mustang mania lottery ticket once every week for about 3 weeks now, and so far i've won 10 bucks every time, making my grand total lottery winnings at 15%. Still, this sucks. I like winning and all but i think it's about time i won 100 grand.
