WCHS Tag Gets Pulled Over - Nubblies.net Forums

About one hour ago, I dropped my sister off at school (WCHS), and headed for work.

I was driving her car. Her car has a WCHS Parking Tag on the windshield. As I was coming back through town on my way to DePuy, I was pulled over by Lakeview Middle School.

I did not think I was going all that fast, but knowing how I drive, I was pretty sure I had done something wrong.

So the cop gets up to my window and says to me, "Hello sir, I had you going 37 in a 30, and you have a WCHS Tag, and the Chief has ordered us to pull over any of these that are going five over."

So I told him that it was my sister's car, and that I had just dropped her off at high school, and now was going to work, (which would explain why I was driving AWAY from the High School).

After I told him this, he got a lot more friendly, told me to just slow down a bit, and have a nice day.

I don't know about you guys. But I think it's sorta shitty that the Warsaw Police Department is pulling over cars with WCHS tags on them, all for no good apparant reason.

That's one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Are we going to have to take our tags out everytime we leave the school now? Thanks for the heads up though.

That is really gay. Is the chief a homosexual or what? I'm pretty sure that that's not even legal. Isn't it age discrimination or something? That's bullshit. It pisses me off so much, but everyone knows that highschool students, especially if they have their parking tag on, about triples your chances of being pulled over. Ugly, I am glad that you were able to get away without getting a ticket though, that is a good thing. Have fun, and I would suggest taking the tag off of your windshield, that's advice for everybody, except when you're parking of course.

How about simply placing the tag on your dash...that way other drivers won't be able to see it, yet while they go around and check for tags they could easily look through the windshield to see it...

Why don't we help out every student at wchs by doing this...
Put a nubblies.com sticker over all the parking tags so the cops can't see the tags... of course then we'll all get towed, but at least we have a good excuse to plaster stickers on everyone's cars...

We should get those ordered, it's gonna take 2-4 weeks for delivery, isn't it?

Somebody should go out in the parking lot at a basketball game and put the things to use.

Alright... back to the subject, where were we? Oh yes, that's right, fuck the police on this matter.

hmm...... that does sound like age descrimination to me and it definately sounds like a great article for the local newspaper, i'm sure that would cause a bit of an uproar
