The only bands playing this year are ones that just started for the battle of the bands. Its not going to be worth going to.

I heard the only real band (real meaning they actually existed and played shows a good deal prior to the BotB) that tried out (WTE) didn't even make it in. Sounds like it'll be a great show...

WTE gets screwed over all the time. Nobody takes them seriously at all. Could be the hats though.

I was acctually looking forward to WTE. Yes, as fat retard said, WTE does get screwed over. This years battle of the bands is a complete joke yet, isn't it a joke every year? Let the real bands play, you shouldnt kick out a band just because people dont take them seriously. Battle of the bands shouldnt be a thing you participate in just because you are a senior or just becasue you have a good recording. It should be something fun for all the true bands to play in.

There were 14 bands that tried out this year. 7 of them made it. I'm looking forward to seeing Britney Kuserrow's band and Dave Smiths band

I'm not sure on the band names but i know Skyler Scotts and Geoff Hasses band, Britney Kuserrow's band, Kyle Dewalt's band, some band with Andy Halfacker in it, Dave Smith's band, and my band made it.

Personally, I'd rather see WTE make fools of themselves and have fun doing it, then see all these other bands make fools of themselves while trying to be serious.

I'd be looking forward to seeing Ms.Kusserow's band, except I heard they have a sucky bassist and they're doing covers. I'd like to see Brittany with a backing band, not Brittany in a band.

Who's Dewalt playing with?

Everyone else sounds mediocre at best.

Actually Friday Night Collision started awhile ago and have played a few shows, they havent been around for a long time but long enough to be considered a band that wasnt formed for BotB.

My band Bobbing for Piranhas(was once called The Ivy League) has been around for a few years. Were in the botb for the fun of it, like most of the bands. Does it really matter if somebody has played shows prior to the BOTB, i think not.
