Here we go Nubblites. A new thread to debate. Who will win the Super Bowl? Predictions, arguments, and debates are welcome.
VS. For the third year in a row. The Eagles have lost the Conference championship game, and will not be heading to the Super Bowl. |

I thought you were shaving if Carolina won the Big One?
By the way, I think my pick is obvious. My PATS all the way. 21-16 [ January 18, 2004, 09:52 PM: Message edited by: VOL ] |

The Panthers, started off 6-0. Beat the heavily favored Rams, Eagles, and Bucs in their division. Two great defenses, it will indeed be great. Learn a thing or two about sports you moron before you post in a thread that I created.

The ones that I was really excited for Bucs-Raiders, Broncos-Packers were the ones that pretty much sucked. I'll bet ya this'll be a good game. Both of these teams genuenly believe they are going to win. ...and yes, I did shave my head. -Ugly Bastard

It's not like I shaved it bald, it's just as short as I always cut it every couple of months.
This is a pic from a few months ago, right after I shaved it as short as I did today. No biggie...(I took that to show a skydiving friend the new backpack I got). -Ugly Bastard [ January 19, 2004, 12:10 AM: Message edited by: Ugly Bastard ] |

I'm glad to see that the Eagles lost today. I was very disappointed with the Colts, even though I had an inkling that they'd choke. Even though I like the minor cinderella story that the Panthers are in right now, I doubt that they'll be able to shut down the seemingly unstoppable Patriots. I do believe that people will start to give Delhomme some credit now, he's come out to play throughout the season and especially in the post season. All in all, my fingers are crossed for the Panthers, but I'm predicting a 24-13 win for the Patriots.

I'm waiting for you to face us all JeradShaw. Take the heat.
By the way, UB I thought we were going to see it completely bald. Perhaps you will shave it bald after the Super Bowl. |

I don't forsee that Stank. Jake Delhomme and nearly all of the Panthers do not have any "big game" experience. The Patriots have been there before, they will be composed and ready. Furthermore, Belichick is a genius.

The game hasn't started yet, I'm changing my prediction. You can tell by the energy in the players that Carolina wants it more.
Carolina 27-24 in the first OT game in SuperBowl history. -Ugly Bastard |
