I like cats and all, but I hate my neighbor's cats. He lets them roam around. They dig in my and neighbors garden and piss and shit everywhere. We've all talked to him, but he's kinda of an asshole about it and accuses everybody of "picking on his cats." His cats have wondered home before covered in paintball shots. He still doesn't get it. I've sprayed ammonia around to try to keep them away and that has mixed results. How bad of a nubblies faux pas would it be to just kill them? Maybe cage them and turn them over to the pound? Suggestions appreciated.

Just staple an angry note to one of them telling him to keep his cats under control.

Instead of killing them, mix antifreeze and tuna together and set it out for them. That'll make it a suicide keeping their blood off your hands.

Allegedly they don't like mothballs either ... but shooting them is probably your best bet.
