The best example I can give is Snickers. How many times have you gone to a vending machine and you are just hungry as hell and you go with Snickers because somehow you think it will be more filling than any of the other candy bars?

Are you nuts? Basically every commercial does this. First example off the top of my head (that took me half a second to come up with): State Farm commercial where guy crashes his car into a telephone poll and has to crawl back to the empowered female insurance chick for help and fails at holding back his tears. Or basically every beer commercial ("come talk to me when you want a real light beer").

A majority of commercials portray people as hapless schmucks completely dependent on and helpless without the product being peddled. If anything, ED/herpes commercials are some of the few that actually show people in a positive light out living a normal, happy life.

This is what I meant. All of the Viagra commercials have the dudes being pretty kick-ass and fixing their problems. Old muscle car overheating in the desert, pulls into gas station mechanic shop in the middle of nowhere, throws some water in the radiator, fixed. Broken sailboat, fixes that shit w/ his belt. Broken dick, use some viagra, go bang your cougar waiting for you back at home.

So anyways, back on topic. I just saw this commercial and I think it demonstrates a lot of what Blonde is angry about. To be honest it makes me angry too.

Somehow it's acceptable for a weak male to be abused by authorities and sexually molested. If this commercial were about male security guards stealing a woman's shit and then strip searching her I'm pretty sure the public would be outraged and everybody would know about it:
