That level fucked me for awhile too, but finally passed it. Immediately following is a jump upgrade.

Protip that I didn't figure out until the last level: If you hold the spacebar, you'll jump as soon as you hit the ground. There are a lot of instances where that's handy after the jump upgrade.

My final death count was 428.

Pretty terrible show, i'm going to try again...that 8bit is nice at first but in the later levels I had to mute that shit.
