Another Brick in the Wall

Friday night:
Dressed up. Picked up my girlfriend in Milford, picked up my friend and his girlfriend, and went to my youth group's spring banquet at Quaker Haven. Ate good food. Played hide and seek (brought back some good memories). Had free caffeine. Took girlfriend home. Saturday evening/night: Got aunt's green Thunderbird for prom. Picked up corsage. Dressed up. Picked up girlfriend in Milford, got lots of pictures taken of us, and took her to my house. Hung out for a while. Had shish kabobs, which my dad made, for dinner. Hung out some more. Went to prom. Danced with my beautiful girlfriend. Couldn't hear a single thing the dj was saying, and didn't care. Left around 10 and went to girlfriend's house. Slow danced in her room. Fell asleep while watching ET. Stayed up until about 2, and slept on couch. Sunday morning: Got woken up by the stupid sun at 8. Tried to go back to sleep. Went up to girlfriend's room and stole her bed while she went downstairs to take a shower. Ate pizza for breakfast/lunch. Left for Ft. Wayne before noon. Sunday afternoon: On way to Ft. Wayne, in Thunderbird, messed with people in black jeep (I believe it was a Jeep) when I realized they too were from Warsaw. Got flipped off, hoping they weren't being too serious. Went to Ft Wayne zoo. Walked around. Saw a girl who was scared to death of rattlesnakes. Had ice cream. Saw people who had recently flipped us off. Went to Jefferson Point and walked around. Headed downtown. Sunday night: Went to Takaoka of Japan. Had great food. Spent way too much money on great food, but was worth is because it's just freaking awesome watching a guy cook your food in front of you. Got creeped out by some guy talking about his prostate problems in the bathroom. Left for Warsaw. Dropped girlfriend off, went home, and looked at some pictures my parents got developed. I give my weekend and A+. I'm sure you all had similarly awesome weekends, so feel free to share. |

slow danced in your girlfriend's bedroom?? definite props on that one.. that's adorable.
i also had a sickeningly sweet, absolutely fantastic prom weekend. i must say, being on the arm of a boy who looked damn sexy in a zoot suit was the best feeling in the world. i hate to be conceited, but i must say, we were bangin'. ![]() |

We can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind, because your friends don't dance and if they don't dance then they're no friends of mine.

I sat around in my new apartment, by myself, with absolutely nothing to do over the weekend. It sucked, and I contemplated suicide several times.

Psychedelics are illegal not because a loving government is concerned that you may jump out of a third story window. Psychedelics are illegal because they dissolve opinion structures and culturally laid down models of behavior and information processing.

I went to prom this year even as a Freshman in college. I thought I would feel extremely gay and out of place but seeing as my two best friends in high school were underclassman and so were most of the people I hung out with I didn't feel out of place at all and had a good time, much better than my senior prom. Also it helps when I had the best looking date at the 2004 WCHS prom (of course i'm probably prejudice). You can see her and I at her house taking pictures before the festivities:
![]() Upon taking pictures at her mom's house we took them at her dads, my house, a friends house, and another friends house. Taking pictures at 5 different places not only sucked ass but was tiring as hell. It was all alright though because I was driving a 2002 Jaguar and god damn that car was beyond amazing. After taking pictures 8 of us ate dinner at a friends house and it was very good. After dinner we let our food settle for an hour and played some Euchre then headed to prom. We danced till about 11:15 and came back to my house for afterprom. Here we drank a little bit, and just chilled till about 3 when we fell asleep. After that we went out on Winona Lake on Sunday and were out there till about 6. I rate this prom experience a 9 out of 10. Compared to my senior year it was a lot more fun than I would of previously expected. |

I was at the same prom, it pretty much sucked. I never enjoyed prom though. In fact, fuck prom. Before and after prom were great though. Ate at the Bistro before and had an excellent meal. After went to the Ft. Wayne zoo which was alot of fun as well. I also had great company (my date).
Being back in that high school reminded me how much I hate that place. Especially the teachers and most people in general. [ May 19, 2004, 01:10 AM: Message edited by: Dirty Harry ] |
