I'm sure that all of you have heard of the great ab wheel. The quick way to get that 6 pack. Well about a year or two ago I purchased one of these ab wheels. When I first started using I decided that it was a huge crock of shit, and I stopped using it for months.
Today I just broke the ab wheel back out and gave it a whirl. To tell you the truth I thought it gave my abs an incredible workout. I will get back with you tomorrow and let you know how sore my abs are tomorrow. But as of right now I definatly give it my seal of approval. |

I used to be the owner of the "Ab Slide." It was pretty good the first couple times I used it...but after that it didnt' seem to work out my abs much at all...
I've found that a simple barbell with weights on it works much better. Firstly, you have to pull harder to pull yourself back...which is good. Also, it doesn't help you...like my old ab slide did. What a bitch, does it think I need it's fucking help? The ab slide can burn in hell. I sold it for $8 at a garage sale. I was pleased about that. |

Ab Technique for me: Sit-ups.
I know it's old fashion. But anyone of you guys could punch me in the gut and I wouldn't feel a damn thing. Because beneath the layer of fat, there is a rather nice looking six-pack ![]() |
