Stadiums/Arenas you have been to?

I was thinking about this the other day. I've been to a ton of sporting events, but not many venues. Just thought if you would like, make a list of venues and a review if it's one that isn't around an area some of us would frequent.

1. Old Chicago Stadium - Shithole. That's all I can say about that place
2. United Center
3. Wrigley Field
4. US Cellular Field
5. Miller Park (Brewers
6. Market Square
7. Hoosier Dome/RCA Dome
8. Conseco/Bankers Life Fieldhouse
9. Lucus Oil Stadium
10. Soldier Field
11. Tropicana Field (Tampa Bay) - Hated it in 02, but now all stadiums are like this.
12. Nationwide Arena (Columbus, Ohio)
13. Indianapolis Motor Speedway
14. Indianapolis Raceway Park
15. Assembly Hall
16. Mackey Arena
17. Jacobs Field
18. Memorial Stadium (IU Football Field)
19. Ros-Ade Stadium (Purdue)
20. A ton of Minor League hockey Arenas that no one cares about
21. Cameron Indoor Stadium (Duke)

I'm sure 90% of you could careless, but some of you might actually have some interest in this.

Beebs 01-31-2013 04:02 PM

You sure it wasn't Raymond James stadium in Tampa?

1. Notre Dame stadium pre and post add on
2.White Hart Lane
3. Old Cominski
4.Raymond James Stadium
5. Soldier Field before the remodel
6. Sarasota Greyhound racing thing
7. Hinkel Fieldhouse
8. RCA dome
9. Butler Bowl

The best atmospheres where ND, WHL, and Hinkel

Cocktooth 01-31-2013 04:12 PM

Positive. Tropicana Field where the Devil Rays play. Went there for opening day of baseball season in 2002. Could have sat anywhere we wanted. I'm not a fan of these modern day baseball stadiums and that's exactly what that is. It was to futuristic for me, along with no type of energy on an opening day.

I can add 3 to my list from looking at yours.

21. ND Stadium (post renovation)
22. Joyce Center (ND)
23. Hinkle Fieldhouse (As a coach, not a fan)

DJ FC 01-31-2013 04:13 PM

1) United Center
2) Wrigley Field
3) US Cellular Field
4) RCA Dome
5) Conseco
6) Soldier Field
7) Assembly Hall
8) Memorial Stadium
9) White Hart Lane
10) The Emirates (I was there yesterday)
11) Loftus Road
12) Craven Cottage
13) Stamford Bridge
14) Twickenham Stadium
15) Wembley Stadium
16) Madison Square Garden
17) Wembley Arena
18) Hong Kong Stadium
19) Edgbaston Cricket Ground
20) Wimbledon
21) The O2 Arena

Saint DH 01-31-2013 09:03 PM

I can't believe this is an actual thread, FFS guys. Is the board trolling me again?

What the fuck did you just fucking say about me, you little bitch?

Cocktooth 02-01-2013 03:50 PM

I guess you could start a thread on how many moped shops have we visited, or how many slanty eyed children have we taught. I just don't think you will get much of a response. Yes, you call that thing that you rode between your legs a motorcycle, but all of us refer to it as a moped.

Impressive list by both DH and DJ. I wish I knew more about soccer, but I could pick out a few of them. Be curious to see BDH's as well as UB's.

Somebody's jelly that their wife won't let them get a moped of their own.

ninjaface 02-01-2013 05:57 PM

Cocktooth, do you care to answer these allegations? Is it true that you are pussy whipped and can't even get a moped?

Cocktooth 02-01-2013 06:11 PM

Around these parts, mopeds are used for people without a license. Since my driving record is outstanding, I prefer 4 wheels and a roof. I'm sure if my mid life crisis takes me directly to a Yamaha 50 CC moped, my wife would allow me to purchase one.

ninjaface 02-01-2013 06:16 PM

Mr. Blonde, your bluff has been called. Do you care to respond to cocktooth's claim of uxorial approval?

No further questions, your honor.

Every time I see Blonde talk about "sportz fags", I think about how disconnected he is from the real world.

THEINCREDIBLEdork 02-02-2013 12:29 AM

Blonde would drive a Prius but he doesn't have a real job like the rest of the 9-5 suckers/robots.

Over/under on F3lix joining a fight club in a desperate attempt to validate himself in the next few years?

(I don't know what over/under means but it sounds cool)

Again, showing how disconnected you are from the real world.

DJ FC 02-03-2013 09:12 AM

Blonde, we get it, you don't like sports. Personal preference man. You really are a very disrespectful person most of the time. Do you EVER say to yourself "I may not understand that, but that's OK because people are different and some people understand the world differently than others?" Some people believe in God. Some people are smarter than you. Some are luckier. Some people like sports. Get over it.

"Over / Under" doesn't have to be related to sport at all.

Mr. Blonde 02-03-2013 12:05 PM

Do you ever say to yourself "Maybe the reason Blonde calls us sportz fagz all the time in the sports thread is because he's attempting to troll us?"

Having a rough morning across the pond bub?

Didn't pay any attention to weed when I went, the trophy room stood out though. you'll have to explain peanut shelling, google isn't my friend.

I'd have thought you'd be against some aspects of sport due to tribalism and the conflict it can cause.
