This is nice. For those of you who don't follow baseball, this basically means that statiscally, the Cubs have a better chance of winning this series than do the Marlins...whereas this was not the case before tonight's game.

The Cubs Win Game Four!

The magic number is down to one now. All they have to do, is win one more game and they're in the World Series.

Prediction:

They will lose Game 5 in Flordia, giving them a 3-2 lead in the series as it heads back to Chicago. They will then proceed to dominate Game Six, in Chicago, with Prior on the mound, and have a nutso victory celebration complete with a huge-riot in Chicago.

I can't wait.

Call me Mr. Optimistic here...but I'm sorta glad they did. Now they have two games in Chicago which gives them two chances to click a World Series birth in Chicago.

As predicted, they will win Game Six Tuesday night.

You may be wrong here, VOL. If the Cubs win Game Six, and the Yankees-Sox series goes to Seven...then the Cubs would have two extra days off, coupled with the two days off before the World Series starts. Wood would start Game One, and Prior would be good to go for Game Two after the standard five day's rest.

I am more than sure about the Marlins winning. Not so much because the Marlins are extremely good, but more because the Cubs blow. Lets be serious, Prior and Wood have had a few good games, and that is it. They can't continue getting lucky. Tonight, you will see that the Cubs will not go to the World Series.
