i am going with the physco bitch that lets me have sex with her. While it is true that i would go insane with her constant bitching, it wouldnt be to the degree of insanity i would experience by not being able to have any type of sex with a girl.
However there is one exception to my choice, that being if the girlfriend i am stuck with is fugly. If she makes Rosie O'Donnell look like a Tyra Banks then i would reconsider my opinion.
