Who talked about us as a national championship contender? They deserve to be slapped. I mean, it's something to shoot for, but certainly not something we expected. Oh, and don't get me wrong, I don't have any idea how you can say that Tiller choked, as two of those 4 losses (Wisconsin, Michigan), were on fluke fumbles. Choking or not, we're still the best Indiana team, by far and away. And you can throw many passes and still win, as we proved all season, with the fewest number of pass attempts by Orton being 26 against Ball State all the way up to 54 attempts against IU.
So, to sum things up, we'll keep going to bowl games and attracting Heisman quality players, and you guys can keep praying for a miracle coaching find and recruiting guys with names longer than anyone at IU can spell.
