The main difference about this USA team is a lack of Allen Iverson. AI was the worst thing to happen to USA basketball and his awful ability to work as a teammate. I'm not thrilled about Kobe being on the team, but Coach K will likely use his brilliance to keep it a team game. I'm sure all of you can agree that the best 15 NBA players are not on this years team, but it is more a group of players who can play together and involve some role-players (like Battier.) I believe this team will win gold because Coach K picked the team and is coaching them. With LeBron, Wade, and Chris Paul starting, Team USA can dish first instead of shoot first like it did 4 years ago.
