True, I can agree with it obviously being the personal discretion of the cop, but I'd still be much more likely to bet on most cops NOT letting other people off this easier. If you're gonna lie you might as well be thorough with it. I mean, you're
expected to. If he doesn't believe you and breathalyzes you anyways you're either under and aren't fucked or you're over and fucked.
