No I'm saying those things because the first day I started paying rent that I was aware that my fucking rent was due on the fucking due date. The "2nd of the month" does not mean "the 2nd business day of the month."
DH signed a lease that clearly stated:
The amount that was due.
When it was due.
How much his late fee would be.
You know how I know this?
BECAUSE EVERY FUCKING LEASE EVER PRINTED INCLUDES THESE THINGS.
Which leaves us with one of two scenarios:
DH is mentally retarded and should have never been legally allowed to sign the contract in the first place.
OR
DH fucked up paying his bill and is now complaining about it how someone else screwed him over for his own fuckup.
