wtf. i applied for a job as a financial services associate and they want a 5-7 page writing sample, my college gpa and my SAT scores.
my gpa will undoubtedly make them laugh.

i'm the first employee of the company. this dude started it 2 months ago. it may fail but being one of the first employees of a successful biz can be quite beneficial. i plan to get people working under me w/in the next 6 months or so and get a slice of thier comission.

how can you have people working under you in 6 months? you have barely evenbeen i the real world, so how are you going to kow how to read and direct a qualified candidate who probably has double your experience?

the short answer: a good line of BS and training

i've managed managers of 3.5 mil/ yr establishments.
the people under me would merely be other recruiters doing the same thing as me but on a lower level. the plan is for me to recruit upper level mgrs and directors (non-store level).
