I've said this to Titan before, and this will further my opinion, but iTunes is the best fucking program ever. I'm saying all-around it has everything, it just does so much.

I'd still like to see what all Safari encompasses.

I think that if Safari is pimp enough, that might finally push me over the edge to definately go for the Mac.

I suggest waiting a little while long for all prices to come down.

Here is my 2 cents. I am a hardcore pc user. But also have user Macs right along with my pc. They both are great platforms. Yes the Mac platform is better at multitasking because it is using a 64-bit bus and Intel and Amd are still using the 32-bit bus. Intel has the ittanium out and it is really expensive and the performance from the P4 is that that much better. Amd is coming out with the sledgehammer which has been changed to the athens, and is now called the Opteron, and this is for servers and people with computers like mine. They are also coming out with the Clawhammer which is now called the San Diego, and it will eventually replace the AMD Athlon XP and be called the AMD Athlon 64, for 64-bit. Macs have great performance with graphic mainly because of this so they may be lacking in MHZ or Ghz, but they make up in raw proccessing power for now. Graphic card this is a big one, on a PC you can swap out any agp for another agp graphics cards. On a mac you have to get a special agp card, even though it is still called an agp it is almost backwards, and they are not backwards compatable. So as for the ezness of swaping hardware it is all about the same except for the imacs they suck at tearing apart. The programing I have done alot of programing on the pc but on the mac I have only done a little, you can use c and afew other languages. I am a big unix/linux person and I personaly like the unix core on the macs. Unix is a raw power-house. The I386 computers like the PC, are nice becuase you can install almost any operating system other the Mac, and IA-64 bit systems. Games are normaly released at about the same time, Mac lag a little bit, because of the time it takes to port it. I do love the mac flat panels, so nice. One of my very reliable sources told me that they are porting the mac os to a pc platform. Then you can use both on one pc. For now I would say go with a PC. They are cheaper cost, and if you have any problems with it then millions of people can help you with it. Hope this insight has helped.
