Just a few days ago I started lifting weights again, im trying to get in the habit of doing it every other day like I used to. Yesterday was the 2nd time now ive lifted, and today my right shoulder is pretty damn sore, but my left hardly is at all. Any idea why? Im left handed, and I do the same amount of weight on both sides. Is it maybe just because im left handed so my right arm doesnt get worked out as much?
