drug testing is bullshit, it really is, and there is stuff to back it up.

I wrote an 8 page research paper about it, and would be willing to let anyone read it if intereted.

Random Testing is like randomly pulling over people because you think they *might* be drunk or high.

Would YOU like that to happen? Of course not, because you drive. If you are driving fine, what right do they have to pull you over?

A lot of people say "I have no problem for drug testing, because I don't do drugs". That is you, and thats great.

I do believe in testing people who are performing poorly or sleeping in class. Those are the kids that are a "risk", and SHOULD be tested. They are the fuckups that get arrested.

If you don't fuck up so others can see it or notice it, they have no business what you do.

what's even more fucked up is that kids who smoke a little pot or get high are looked down more on than the kids who go around smashing mail boxes and destroying shit

now if your high and doing those things, its all right..don't get me wrong..

If you're high doing anything, its alright. I agree that if marijuana is becoming such a part of your life that its starts to mess with you mentally, like sleeping in school and such, then yes you have a right to be drug tested. Usually if bad things are happening in your life because of drugs, its not just pot that you are smoking. how does me or anyone else smoking pot effect other peoples lives? Why does everyone else care if I want to get high or not? It shouldn't matter at all.

Have you ever been so high that your whole body starts twitching, and you keep talking jibberish stuff just because it sounds cool? oh wait, i know the answer to that one!

On a serious note i believe that pot is good for you, and that is the honest truth. It puts the way that you look at life in a whole other perspective, and it helps you to realize a lot of interesting things. The best conversations that i have ever had have been when i was high, yet they were also the most inteligent conversations i have ever had. Pot puts you in a whole other world, a world without pain and without suffering. It puts you in a happy place where all you want to do is laugh and talk about things that just totally blow your mind. I would love to get high before Astronomy class, i think i would learn a lot more and understand things at a higher level.
