Well everybody, I was having a discussion with Orgazmo about nubblies.com and I suggested that he create a new forum to spice things up and to add a littler more to this very interesting website. He said that was a good idea and that he would only if he had an idea of what kind of forum to make. So he asked me what kind of forum, so I ran a few ideas by him but we decided that they just wouldn't work. So I guess what I am asking from you is that if you have any ideas of a new forum go ahead and post them here. Orgazmo will check it periodically for any good ideas. so post away!

A porn forum where we can post our favorite pornographical pictures.

I should also add that we need a Porn forum for Heterosexuals (most of us) and a porn forum for Homosexuals (vitruvio and StDx). Although Vitruvio already has his favorite picture picked out (his perfect naked vitruvian male) this must be posted with the homosexuals.

I think this is a great idea, but that's just me.

While a porn forum could be fun...I think that I'm going to go ahead and shy away from that type of thing on the board. If you want to review a porn site or something, by all means, go for the gold, but when it comes to actually putting it on nubblies, I'm not so sure that's in the best interest of the board.

I actually think that there are already too many forums. While I wouldn't be opposed to creating a new forum, just make sure it can hold its own. There are just too many forums that really could be consolidated on this board.

I agree with that chuck. Places like the Advice Forum and the Confessional could, possibly, be put together...considering the fact that neither gets hardly any posts. Same with the news...and even this or that. Shit, only like 3 get posts...I guess I didn't really realize it was that bad

I am in agreeance with Chuck. Maybe an overhaul of nubblies.com would do some good. Some forums could be consolidated, useless ones eliminated, and overall just reorganized... Regardless, i think it's always great to try to get new people on that board, any means of advertising is good...

I'm not sure if this is a great idea, or a terrible idea...so I'll let you folks decide. I was thinking that perhaps Nubblies could implement a "private forum" where only users with a certain number of posts could enter...

If this was to happen, it could have multiple effects. First of all, I would not allow topics such as "which teacher would you like to fuck" on the main page. I'm not sure it's a good idea for it to be anywhere on Nubblies...but if it's going to be anywhere, a private forum is the place. Along with that, all type of censorship would be greatly limited (even moreso than here). The reason is that not just any average joe could waltz in here and read the shit that's posted. Of course, anonymity would still remain crucial amongst the community; however, perhaps names of other folks could be used...

Also, it would act as a posting incentive to those wanting to read what's inside the private forum...

The bad thing about it would be that it could potentially take away from the other content on nubblies. If those with access to the forum only posted in that forum, it would suck. On the same token, if they never used it b/c not everyone could read their shit, that'd make it useless. With that in mind, the forum would only be utilized for topics that are either only meant for the "elite" or are too graphic to be posted where anyone could access them.

I'm thinking that the post total would be a very reasonable number...something that could be attained in a week by even somebody who didn't have much to say...maybe something about the 30 - 40 post mark. Again, that's just a number that popped into my head...definitely not set in stone.

Like I said at the beginning, I'm not sure if this is a great or a terrible idea. PLEASE respond with feedback, as I'm going to completely base the decisions on your comments.

Rancid's idea at the top of this forum was sub-par at best. However Orgazmo, your idea has just stratched me right where I itch. I say we do it, and if it's not working out, delete the thing, and forget it ever happened.

I think 50's a bit high. If you look @ the memberlist, and arrange the folks by the top 25 posters, you'll see that, if the # is 50, there are quite a few people that probably should have access to the forum, but aren't even half way there. The purpose of the post count was only to ensure that a person could not wander in and immediately read the shit in the forum. I could simply password protect it...but that would not ensure anything as everyone would use the same password (i'm sure it would get around).

The elite probably should not be decided on simply post count. Perhaps like a 75 post count means you are automatically part of the elite, but a super pimp post before the 75 mark could automatically get you entrance...err something. Dammit though, that's not good b/c that's my judgment Vs. everyone else's. Alright, fuck that idea...

I still don't necessarily think more forums should be added, i still think half of them should be cut out, and what is left maybe reclassified a bit. Just an idea, but how about a area just for bitching about WCHS. Hell, in all honestly you could have one just to slam the annoucements(though they weren't horrid today), but anyways...
I don't really like the idea of a elitist forum (maybe thats just because i'm a low poster, but whatever) it just seems like all the high posting people would just go there and everyone would just try to get into there and the rest of nubblies would die out...
Streamlining nubblies is the way to go i think... yeah, so there's my two cents...
