How is that score even possible???

1,000 for reaching top. If you miraculously left EVERY branch gold, that'd be 50 branches x 5 points per branch x 2 for the top bonus making the maximum score 1500. That's not even accounting for the -1 you get for every jump. Even with a cheat, it's not possible.

Just cause it takes 2 seconds to hack a flash game doesn't mean it's not legit. I went to two black eyes's school of video game playing. I almost doubled the previous high score while never before scoring a couple hundred on the game. I suspect my next score of 3333 will be legit as well.
