We'll have to agree to disagree. While undoubtedly there are more unmoral fucks running companies than there are ones who are moral. I know a few men that have been completely 100% moral in their business practices and made it big time off of hard work alone and yes networking plays a big part, but that's also part of business and fits in with hard work.

Why do you guys act like this is some kind of competition that you just won? I could have told you Obama was going to win weeks ago. The fact Obama won doesn't validate any of the "arguments" you made in this thread. The reason I didn't vote is because I'm tired of false promises and being solicited every god damned day to vote because of my age (because I will likely vote for hip Obama change message if they get me to register).

The fact of the matter is nobody fucking knows which candidate will be looked at 4 years from now as a good president or a bad president. YOU DON'T FUCKING KNOW (I learned that powerful debate trick from blonde). People vote for which package is most fresh, shinier, most idealist to them, like which brand of clothes to pick in the store. The political campaigns don't see you as educated voters (and the majority of voters are not) but as consumers that need to studied in focus groups so they can pick the right buzzwords to use in speeches and campaigns. This time around the "vote for change" and "black but not too black" campaign panned out.

In closing, Obama is the most socialist President we've ever had, and with the democrats controlling both Senate and the House it will certainly be an interesting 4 years. I'll be watching.
