In less than an hour, jurors found Mark Jones, 35, of Akron guilty of felonious assault for delivering a startling beating vividly captured on videotape.

Sims, 31, then went outside and came back with Jones, a hulking 6-foot-4, 295-pound ex-con. She flicked Scarpino's cheek and told Jones: ``Take care of this white mother (expletive),'' the victim told jurors.

What is unbelievable is that this wasn't prosecuted as a so called HATE crime. But we all know that HATE crimes can only be given to whites against blacks. What is even more dispicable is the white guys watching this all take place. This is a sad country when whites have no pride anymore. I finally registered after this was posted because it disgusted me so bad. The sad thing is if this was a white man that came into a parlor doing this he would have been ganged by the entire group and then also would have been prosecuted for HATE crime. It would have been national news instead of just a back story that noone ever reads."

We talk about shit like this all the time in class. In almost every white on black assault, if one fucking racial slur is mentioned, it's immediately labeled as a hate crime. While i'm not a fan of that justification, as i'm always the one to argue with the ignorant fucks in my class who immediately agree with the law of our land, the fact of the matter is that it usually holds in court. Which is why t his fucking bastard should be left with a hate crime on his former-ex-con ass too.

EDIT: After watching this, I almost immediately went out to GNC and bought supplements, which I havent used in a long ass time.
