so for some reason in the past 2 weeks i've been interested in handstands...not a hardcore interested...just a random occurance in my room...one day I tried to do it and did...for about a second before falling on my ass. But i'm getting progressively better at it, and it's pretty cool, i can hold for about 10 seconds now, i'm going to try and work on being able to walk like that

My shoulder and side hurt like a bitch, and I have several pretty severe rugburns. Blood is bleeding through my shirt on my shoulder.

But it's my pride that hurts the most.

try clapping your feet together when you do a handstand...it's quite a difficult goal, but once achieved you will have enormous pride in yourself...ahhh simple fun
