I think that picture you showed was part of the "pain series." I haven't seen those directly, but I saw what you posted and the description on that site made it sound very similar.

Oh man, I came across a version of lemon party where someone had gone into ms paint and drawn clothes on all of them. They made it look like a fireman was giving some guy mouth to mouth. The other man was standing there with a speech bubble that said something like "Breathe, Dammit!" It was pretty funny.
