If you started out drinking a glass of water every hour and then decreased the time between glasses that should make bathroom trips more frequent. But is there a point where you can constantly be drinking water and pissing at the same time?

You would die before that point. In your body, the extreme concentration gradient of water between the cell and outside the cell walls would cause all of your bodily cells to swell up and burst.
