Greg Davis apologized in court today for raping the Alzheimer's patient at her rest home last summer. He says he wasn't in his "right state of mind."

The attorney for victim Rachel Cornell's family says he's concerned about the safety of the rest home. The teenager says he'll help the attorney and the family gather information for a potential lawsuit.

I wonder if it was worth it.
