So, who's ready for this mammoth?

I'm sure there are just a ton of people who went ga-ga over the last two of these flicks. Are you equally excited for the third? Personally I hope it packs a very large punch. I hope that it scares the bejeebies out of me. I hope that it sends shivers down my spine. I hope that it makes my heart flutter with intensity. And I hope there's some Liv Tyler, because she's a pretty picture, I don't care if she's supposed to be in it as much as she is or not.

I think I'm going to watch the second one again before I see it this December 17th though. The wife still hasn't seen it, so yeah. Fucking long movies too, fucking great. Have they come out with an extended verson of Two Towers yet? 'Cuz I've seen the extended Fellowship... it wasn't measurably cooler.

Anyway, I'm all geared up for this elving, warrioring, sword-bearing, horse-riding, orc-busting, romance-spreading, fear-inducing, epic monster. And hey, that'll give me something to do during finals week since I have to fucking stay til friday for a mother-fucking astronomy test. Booyah.

I'm a little pissed that a character was left out of this movie. I won't say much further than that to prevent any minor spoilers, but it can be attributed to some editing by Peter Jackson. Nothing huge, but it will cause some confusion to those who have not read the books. That aside, this movie should be amazing.

The extended version of Two Towers comes out in a week or so. Anybody check out the Return of the King game yet?

Actually, I believe the Two Towers extended edition already came out. And yes, after seeing the preview before TCM, I pee myself everytime I think about it. EVERY FUCKING TIME.

I have had a boner for a week straight awaiting opening night for this movie. I already have tickets so unless i get hit by a semi on the way there i can finally get off to what should be the best movie ever.
I really hope that it doesn't let me down like the matrix did, don't get me wrong the matrix was good, but i think i just had too high of expectations for it. I also have very high expectations for the lord of the rings, but from what i have heard, its going to be great.

Pliedes, Titan, I really hope that you guys haven't seen it, cause I'm still holding out and not seeing it because of our tradition of LotR and then going to Pliedes' house for sparkling white grape juice/vodka and waking everybody up with our ranting and raving.

I just saw this movie, and words cannot express how amazing it is. I'm not even going to try to review it, because no review could ever do it justice. It is three and a half hours long, but (this coming from someone who fell asleep the second time they saw TTT) it is so extremely captivating, I left almost wanting more.

The best movie of the three by far.

The best movie I've seen in a long while.

Go see it... seriously.
