Ive never been to NY, but me and my girl are going for her 21st in about a month, one of my co-workers was just telling me about the pizza in NY, he said something about 6th and somewhere (I wasnt really paying attention). Philly has some good pizza joints, If your ever on south street you must go to Lorenzo's at 4th and south, best pizza around these parts.

there is little difference in the pizza in ny and my part of jersey.

much of the personality of te pizza lies in the the ovens. old fashioned ones are fired by wood or coal and made of brick. temperatures range from 500 to about 700+ degrees F.
the produce is also a factor, imported tomatoes, oils and cheeses mostly go through jersey before they get anywhere.

stick to commenting on cheesesteaks and brotherly love, crapface.
