I'm not going to repost my pictures for awhile. I really just don't fucking feel like it. I'll post some pictures in a few weeks as an update but that's it besides the final pictures.

In other news, I had my first workout of this contest tonight. It was pretty hard, but pretty good considering I haven't worked out in over a month. I didn't follow my plan so much because I worked out in my girlfriend's dorm basement workout area. It kinda sucks because there are no free weights, but that's not much of a big deal to me right now since I am just starting out again. I feel machine weights are a good way to start out, as there is not as much strain on your muscles and joints. The other thing that kinda sucks is that there isn't a whole shit ton of different machines. So I have to do a whole upper body workout, which isn't really what I wanted to do.

My workout went as follows:
1. 6 sets of 12 hammer press (3 sets with a press hand position, and 3 sets with a butterfly hand position).
2. 3 sets of 10 lat pull mixed with 3 sets of 15 back extension
3. 3 sets of 12 bar dips
4. 3 sets of 20 crunches
5. 4 sets of 10 cable bicep curls
6. 3 sets of 10 reverse crunches
7. 1.25 mile run (9 min. mile pace)

Afterwords I stretched througholy so I'm not as sore tomorrow, which is also one of the reasons I decided to run.

While parked at the dorms I recieved another $70 ticket from fucking bsu parking services. I can't explain in words how much I hate that office and everything they stand for. I will not pay that ticket nor will I pay the other $70 dollar ticket they gave me on superbowl sunday. I don't go to classes anymore there, and ivy tech has already recieved my credits from bsu, and they are reviewing them right now. So fuck bsu.
