I am a new member to Nubblies, referred by Mr. Blonde, and an aspiring bodybuilder as well. I plan on being in my college's bodybuilding contest in a year and a half, and this is the first series of pictures I have put up to critique. I will repost in a few months to check my progress, and I welcome your criticism, constructive or otherwise. One thing Blonde and I share is a complete lack of a pussy gland, so feel free to rag on me if you want.
My goal is solely to gain mass, get up to 190-195, cut to 185 for contest, and dominate. Today I weighed in at 161 1/2 at 5'10 3/4. My workout split is Monday: Legs Tuesday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulders- Eccentric Wednesday: Back and Biceps- Heavy Pulling Thursday: Legs Friday: Chest, Tris, Shoulders- Heavy Pressing Weekends: Rest Front Double Biceps Front Lat Spread Back Double Biceps Side Chest Side Triceps Abs and Thighs |
