I was curious about price and found some interesting stuff... At a glance, the watch you bought appears to be around $4k, which isn't outrageous for a really nice watch, but apparently they have ones that go up to over $100k? WTF?

I actually held that watch twice - once in the Omega store in Chicago and once in a jewler in NYC - the band is solid white gold. That's a lot of gold. Gold isn't cheap (or light - this thing was HEAVY).

Yeah I have a rolex that was my dad's but it's got a bunch of yellow gold in it, so it's looks all 80's. I pretty much just keep it in the safe and let it collect dust.

I went with the ugly bulky one because the reviews gave me the impression that it worked better. Not planning on wearing it in public anyway, but there are sleeker looking ones available. It doesn't actually give directions. Only for the purpose of keeping track of your progress. When you plug it in your computer after a run, it will show where you ran on a map and graphs measuring related stats.

Here's a screenshot of what it looks like on my computer. The speed graphs are a little jumpy, but they average out to be pretty accurate.

I read the PC version actually is linked to Google maps. They probably all will be soon. And by all, I mean both. The one I have only shows main roads. It hasn't really bothered me so far.

The car is in fact may be used. It's a 2006 s430 with 1400 miles on it. Its never been sold though. I concede this is kinda inexplicable. But the dealer is the current owner before me. The silver MB you saw in the background, I'm the original owner. I'm the second owner of the 1983 porsche 944 also in the pictures. My uncle is the original owner. It leaks oil like a bitch too. I'm the original owner of the house. I had it built.
