A.) That's not a double posts. Simply making 2 posts in a row isn't a double post. Clicking the "add reply" button twice and having the same message show up twice with the same content is a double post.

B.) When you attach, it gives you the code to make a link. Simply replace the "19837497321.gif" with "[/img]".

Note that 19837497321.gif may change...
