Well anyway, enough of non medical profesionals arguing about medicine.

The treatment I recieved helped, both the counseling and the few months on Lexapro were helpful, at least giving me the feeling that I was doing something about my state.

Well depends on what you mean by "not an increased level of serotonin" if you mean the brain isn't making any more, then yes you were, if you meant that there isn't a rise in serotonin being used due to the reuptake of some of it being selectively inhibited, no, you wern't quite right.

But its probably a semantic argument or a misunderstanding, not important.

Lol I didn't mean the "if anybody cares" thing in that way, I meant that most people don't care about the mundane details of others lives, I doubt anybody cares where the people I was replacing went on vacation, that sort of thing; Blonde did seem interested in what kind of work I was doing though, so I guess I was wrong.

The thread wasn't intended to be about the stuff I was going through a while ago, but the stuff that was keeping me from the forum in the past few weeks, the work stuff, the grandfather having surgery, that sort of thing, the discussion on depression was more of a sidetrack that really got going. Really I thought the grandfather surgery would be the direction the thread would head.

The down times didn't really keep me from nubblies, if anything I was more active since I was in my room most of the day. I did alot of the fight thread stuff at 4ish in the morning after being in my room all day.
