Let's say you have the absolute perfect woman. She is everything you want in life, your soulmate and all that jazz.

Then she develops this lethal disease which she will die from in one hour, unless (now stay with me) she eats the antidote, which just happens to be your penis.

Now you can have sex one last time (or for the first time, whatever) but after that, it's good-bye pecker.

So basically; penis or true love? Which will it be?
