So this guy probably could have used the intruder defense, if he hadn't smashed her skull in with a Cricket stick after he shot her 4 times. This one could be tough to defend.

New evidence seems to prove Pistorius's innocence. Footprints outside the home.

He no longer needs to worry about entering any other races; however, he does now need to worry about other races entering him.
