Personally I focus my training around powerlifting, which consists of trying to lift as much weight as possible in squat, bench, and deadlift.
Ive been playing around with my routine a little lately but as of right now it is:

Monday : Squat workout: consisting of squats, and one or two assistant exercises such as good mornings, glute ham raises, box squats, and front squats.

Tuesday : Bench workout (mostly buiding power off the chest on this day): normal flat bench followed by one or two of the following: paused bench, floor press, lockouts, dumbell bench, close grip, some sort of tricep exercise.
I usually try and get a few lat exercises in on this day, such as low pulley row, pull ups, bent rows, one arm rows, pulldowns.
If I do back I'll also throw in some bicep exercises such as hammer curls or straight bar curls.

Wednesday : Rest

Thursday : Deadlift workout: Regular deadlifts, sometimes heavy, sometimes for speed followed by a few of the following. Squats, Rack pulls (deadlifts in a power rack with the bar starting just below the knees) good mornings, box squats, glute ham raises, Cleans, Snatches, Shrugs.
Thinking about doing Lats here too, same format as Tuesday

Friday : Bench workout (mostly focusing on building lockout power): Basically the same as Tuesday, but more focus on partial lifts such as rack presses, floor presses, lockouts, and one or two tricep exercises. Sometimes curls too

From pictures from my silver gloves fight that I lost somehow. Basically I beat him senseless the first round and got too tired, plus his gym was the host for the event and nobody on their team lost a decision all night, but thats the game. The best part was the fact that 3 guys pulled out against our Heavyweights after seeing them, one guy actually got in the ring, saw my friend and then left the ring...then for some crazy reason came and talked shit after running like a bitch from a fight.

This is what happens when your right bicep eats the other guys right hand all night, the lighting doesnt show the true purpleness of the bruise


This is just for general comparison how much weight I cut, I fought at 152. This was taken after I was done fighting and pigged the fuck out at mcdonalds. You can kinda see another bruise on my left shoulder, which again kinda shows that the kid wasn't hitting me clean, but oh well. I again really couldnt get the lighting right here, but you get the idea, I'm a mini Beebs at the moment, but could whip bulked up Beebs ass.

Well he was at 175 when he first posted, and he fought at 152...you do the math. Plus it's easy to see he's gained definition since his first pictures. Good job Beebs. I would have liked to see the fight, let me know next time you're doing it.

It was in the shittiest area of Ft Wayne I have ever seen, I actually found a crack vile in the parking lot. My fight is on tape somewhere, I'll probably end up with a copy.

What i mean is, what did you change from your routine stated in your first post of deadlifting and benching to now? And yeah, good job.

No, for the last month or so I would lift twice a week, doing Bench Lats and Squats the first day, and Bench Lats and Deads two days later. This week I didn't lift at all.
