Did anyone get Madden 2006? Its the only game I play at the moment, I play a game or 2 everyday or so. Ive strictly been playing online though, so I was wondering if maybe sometime someone would want to try to get a game going online.
My name in game is Nastypolaski. Currently my record is 21-23... I started out by going like 1-12 it was horrible. Ive made a huge turn around though and ive won like 8 of my last 10. Alot of my initial losses were caused by internet connection problems anyways though. Just throwing the idea out there, aim is ntp04 and icq is 57850601 as well. |

i'm not a big sports game fan.
my question is this: aside from new players & some plays, what is the difference between that and madden 2005. |

I play on PS2. The new major things are the QB vision, and precision passing. You now have the ability to throw the ball high, low, lead a receiver, or throw it behind them. You also can combine it, like lead them with a high pass, lead them with a low pass, etc.
Its actually really neat once you get the hang of it, but it definetely takes awhile to get used to. Another new feature is the truck stick. You use it just like the hit stick, but its an offensive move. For instance your running the ball with your RB. You can use the analog stick while running, which makes your RB plow ahead, giving you an added chance to break the tackle. Works best with larger backs, or when its like a CB trying to take you down. |
