The new poll throws 8 scenarios at you and asks which you would least like to take place.

Of course, all eight are terribly tragic...but I would have to say that I would least like to have my penis turned into a lizard's tail. The rest seem somewhat temporary. The consequences of the lizard tail phenomenon would include not being able to ejaculate, not being able to piss, and not being able to be sexually aroused.
