Then that is conforming to an image. As far as I'm concerned taking care of youreself is making sure you don't smell like ass, make sure you have a clean shave, and have a neat appearence.

Saying that a dude is in touch with his feelings is just a stupid excuse for them to act fruity. A man can be in touch with his feelings without showing them like a little school girl.

Unfortunately metro sexual is yet another side effect of watching stupid shit like MTV.
