UFC starts at 3am here, so im guessing thats around 10, I figure starting an hour before is ideal.
PBR is 5%?
Also, i'll be drinking 500/568ml cans, depending.
As for amount, maybe 1.5 litres/hr?
That should make 4/5 hours without any real problems.

Alright, since everyone will be around family or on vacation during the holidays, I (sadly) think we may have to put this off until after the holidays...

If one of you techie boys can figure out a way to connect us all, that'd be tits.

I'm reading about the Vent thing...we'd all just need microphones? Right? Can we record the conversation?

Orgazmo and I were throwing around the idea of having people call a voicemail, answer questions/give information.... but does anyone know how to move voicemails from a phone to computer? What about using a skype account (or something similar), calling that number, and recording directly to a computer....

We need to figure out the tech side of this, cause as its been said, most of the fun is being drunk-online at the same time and laughing at each other. Just making posts won't translate the hilarity. And video might not be a possibility for all. Voice/conference/calling/etc seems to be the direction this is going.... I'm open to any and all ideas.

Tech-side of this is simple. Any of you idiots can figure it out. I am buzzed at the moment but regardless of that, I think ID is probably the best candidate to hook up the Vent stuff. As long as this goes down when I'm at home, I could help or maybe even participate. Vent is the best option for audio. If anyone has a video camera they can connect to their computer or webcam, I might have a program that could help. Its the same program I use for my naked webcam shows. I'll see if I can find a link.

Regardless. Ventrilo is a free program. Getting all of us together is a matter of joining the same server. There is some minor stuff, like programming what key/mouse button you use to engage the mic, but its really not that complicated.

As far as video goes, I have used the program offered by this website Yawcam - Yet Another Webcam Software

It seems to work well. The jist of it is... you connect your webcam/camcorder to your computer, then you choose stream (or at least thats what I did for my naked webcam shows) and you give people whatever url it gives you.

I fucked around with this program for a bit and figured out that I can actually connect it to my tv tuner and I can broadcast the video from whatever channels I have available. But yeah.. I dont know. This will take some serious organization to get every one on audio and video. I personally think audio needs to be our first priority. Video would be a huge bonus, but I'm sure we'll take what we can get.
